The units are neat with balcony. Everyone who works in the hotel is fabulously friendly and excellent. The accommodation is right in the heart of the town.

My favourite property in Madrid. Ideal and reasonably clean place with really kind and accommodating stuff. Lots of food available in the restaurant. Amazing, incredible location in Centro district just next door to gran via and callao metro stations, and Reina Sofai gallery.

The room was fashionable with a large windows looking an unappealing internal court, with essentials required. The location was good, near old town.
Some people working there were not so nice.

The setting was stunning, close to the shopping area, and a quiet old palace in the heart of Madrid. I had exceptionally nice and compact double room. All of the staff was great and kind.

We had a wonderful stay at Hostal Regio. The location is outstanding, just steps away from the vibrant shops of Gran Via. The rooms were tastefully done, offering excellent comfort and a quiet atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, despite their limited English skills. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the quality of the rooms. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus that added convenience to our stay.
Nothing not to like about our stay at Hostal Regio. 😊

The isolation is very bad and therefore noisy... Without earplug it is difficult to sleep..
